1. Welcome to OIG. Thank you for allowing us to interview you. Could you introduce yourself to our readers? Who else is part of your team?

Hello OnlineInvestGuide Readers, Hello Vinny, and thank you for giving us this opportunity. My name is Walter Montgommery, one of the founders of Bestethanol, we are a team of 3 administrators. Together with me is Mario Marzilger and Kim Xue as support and administration. We do have of course many farmers who helping us making you money, but I guess these is not the time and place to list them all, and you would never be involved with them in the first place.

2. Do you have any previous experience as investor and as admin of other programs?

I do not open an investment site when I would not have an experience as an investor, I do not, have experience as an admin of a particular program. I am an investor and I know what I am doing in Brazil and this is what makes our program an success. I do not think it is important to know how to run a hyip website. This is the job of different factors, more as the job from me. I like to explain. You need a good script (in our case neversay) and you need a good host (hushhosting), they handle all security and technical aspects. As an admin, I sit each morning on the computer and make via a mass-payment the payouts. So I do have to handle support (emails and calls) but both come to my cellphone, so I can handle during the day the actual investment to make us all money. I see many
programs have a support team in forums, and pay for fake votes and fake payments. This might be a way to attract investors. I prefer the way to make them actual money, and note base an investment on a bubble what explode one day, and no one makes money. With Bestethanol, we actually invest the money you send us, and we do make sure to make you a profit.

3. Are you qualified and equipped in terms of knowledge to run an HYIP program?

I am qualified to make my investor's money, to be qualified to run a hyip? I am not sure! All you need is a script , and some e-currency accounts, and you might (in our case, we do) need a bank account where investors send money. But Bestethanol invest your money, and we do offer a lot of information's on our website. Ethanol is an investment where we actually can't lose your money. Yes
we can have bad luck with the farmers, but would we not make money? No - we always would make profits out of your investments. Remember this is not a Forex site, where you can make with one move a good profit, but with an other move lose it all. Besetethanol also does not offer a fixed percentage, but the actual profit we are generating.

4. Can you tell us briefly the nature of the business that you are involved with which earns these profits for the investors?

We attract investments via the Internet to invest money in ethanol. Based on the money we do make subcontracts with farmers to buy their Cane, but also potatoes, what can be used for Ethanol as well. After we do make the contracts with the farmers, we are starting to sell the product, even before we get the first delivery. This way we do have the daily pre-sell contracts, but also down payment's on the final deliveries. Rest of course is by delivery. We do however; need to make larger payments to the farmers, as we actually get on the down payment. This is where we need you as an investor, but because of the pre-selling, we are able to pay you daily profits back. It would be
cheaper not to take investors into our company, but we actually have the power to get the hands on more farmers, and more land this way. The way we do make business and the opportunity we offer is unique in the hyip industry. I am, however sure, you can understand that this way of investment is not only uniquely offered to you, but safer than any forex or other opportunity offered
in the internet.

5. Will it be possible to provide some evidence of the business or the company?

Yes, I can provide evidence of pre-selling contracts, or farmer contracts. I can also show you some tax and custom clearance where we shipped Cane to other countries.

6.What are the investment plans you offer?

We do have only one investment plan, and this plan is not fixed. We pay daily (Monday-Friday, and not on public holidays) between 1%-1.9% (actually we also paid already 2x over 2%), the plan is based on actual income to, we do not fix like most other investments an amount, but let them variate the way we were generating profits for you.

7. Why did you choose these particular plans?

I actually, believe it was explained in the past question, the plan is based on actual profits, so we do not offer what we can't promise.

8. Please tell us about the various payment processors you accept and are the payments automatic or manual?

All payments are automatically on your account balance, from there you need to request the payments to your e-currency account. We do make payments 1x-2x a day so you have the money latest 24 hours after the request. Bestethanol can be funded with Bank Transfers, Liberty Reserve, Strictpay, Solidtrustpay, Alertpay and Perfect Money.

9. What are your shot term and long term goals for Bestethanol? How do you plan to achieve those?

Our Goal is always to satisfy our Investors, we do have quick support and even telephone support. Investment profits are paid daily and quick. So from our site is all in place to have a great site runs as great as it can. We do make sure we actually make profits, and this is offered more than most hyips do. So the reward to have a successful site will come from itself, at least this is what I believe in, when an Investor or a Business Owner does as good as possible and believes in his own product, love what he is doing, the reward comes from itself.

10.How and where is your program being promoted? Do you have any new ideas in store for future promotions? Are you satisfied with the kind of response and support from the members?

We do have a lot of Monitoring Sites where we list and promote our site with banners. We also chose some good bloggers to promote the site as good as they can. I believe this is the way to go, and we are planning of adding some (but only good blogs or monitoring programs) to this existing promotion. However, I am not a big fan of paying to many people who are not investing his own money, so I believe the best promotion in the future we will get is the promotion from our investors, since these members are satisfied and will recommend the site.

11. Please share with us some technical information like hosting and of course the security measure you have installed.

I host with hushhosting, since it was the only hosting provider who a responding on questions, like security aspects and how they protect us, all others I contacted were just saying yes we do have protections, only hushhosting was explaining how they have their protection installed. I am in good hands with hushhosting, hacker protection, SSL and DDDOS protection is with Firewalls installed.

12. How do you handle all the issues arising with it like server load, support tickets and payouts? *

Server Load, is a question what should be addressed to our hosting company, I get the best server they offer, rest is up to them. We do not have support tickets, but emails, this emails are delivered to our cellphones, so we can answer them as they come, this is quicker than any ticket and giving the investors a better contact and responds than with any other site. If it is something we need to handle from the computer it might take a few hours, but we do have everything handled as soon we can. We also offer Telephone Support, what is used by some investors already, and most was even surprised since our number not only works, but we were also picking the number up and talk to you. Payouts, we handle over a mass-payment solution provided by the script and can be handled daily, or whenever we need it manually, but very quick.

13. How long do you think Bestethanol will be online and paying?

The site was designed and was going online not in a mind to bring it down. We do pay the investors what we promise, if we feel we do need investors anymore, we might close the site for new investments, but we will pay every investor the promised amount. However, we do not plan to close the site even for new investments somewhere soon. So this might be a possibility in 2012 or 2013, but not something we need to be discussed now.

14. Before we conclude with the interview is there anything you want to say to your members?

I want to invite all of you. I am not promising you returns like most other companies listed in the hyip world, but we can promise you that we are doing our best to make you profits, and we will be there in case of any question, support you might need but mostly to make your payments daily and for as long it was promised when you make your first investment.
