- Hello Kallen, Welcome back to OIG once again. How has your experience being in the past days as the admin?
Well, as you know, this is my first program as an admin and it is quite a learning experience. A LOT of customer service (more than I expected). But I must say the ride is challenging but fun.
- Has HYL been performing to your expectation?
Honestly, I would say no. I did expect a faster growth rate and more deposits. And I don’t run insane advertising campaigns (like most admins that have immoral motives). But PacForAll went under recently so hopefully that might work to my advantage.
- How would you describe HYL? Is it a game or have you planned any outside investments?
It started off as a game but I am going to go out on a limb and change the format of the program. So recently, I have been at some meetings proposing my program to business investors. And I have received some joint venture offers that can help back the program. So, yes, my hands are full. I’m just currently trying to decide which way to take it. The future of HYL= long term program (daily plan/low rate).
- How do you plan to sustain for a longer period and do better than some of the programs you quoted last time?
The program will sustain for a long time because I plan on HYL being a long term/ low risk program. Good customer service, member perks, and trust are probably the three factors that will keep members in your program. And that’s what I offer to my members. Honest admin + transparent program = HYL. The added benefits/perks are coming soon.
- What is the reason behind you changing the plans for HYL? Please tell our readers more about the existing plans.
It’s all about being realistic, Joshi. The plans that we started upon launching were just introductory plans. It was designed to attract members into joining. I have to say it wasn’t very attractive because the stats quite prove it. So, I decided to move the program into the next phase by making the plans more realistic. The plans will change again. Once HYL reaches its final phase, it will be a long term/ low rate daily plan/ low risk program.
- When does the final phase start?
Very soon [laughing]. It will be here before next year…that’s for sure.
- Are there more changes likely in the future?
Yes. At some point after the final phase, HYL will be a private program and prospects will have to be invited into the program to become a member.
- Adding Strictpay and Solidtrustpay would give many more investors a chance to try HYL. What is your take on this?
It is something that I’m currently considering. Until then, I advise prospects to make them open to the other payment processors. After all, I do offer three payment methods.
- Would you explain to the readers in depth the purpose of the deposit withholdings?
Sure….this is my favorite question to answer. I don’t know if members even have a clue of how the bills get paid in hyip programs. Most admins do a few rounds of payouts, use the money from the deposits to pay a few bills (by that time more people are depositing) and then they are off with your money with the majority of the deposit money. I am not that type of admin. That’s why this program has deposit withholdings. The deposit withholdings is what helps pay our bills.
How else am I suppose to pay the bills and for advertising? Do you think I can continue to pay for all these resources month-to-month with my own money?
A lot of people want to ride the train for free and not pay the fare that goes into keeping the train in working condition. A lot of people want to ride in people's vehicles for free and not bother to give the driver money for fuel. A lot of people want to use but don't want to replenish.
Most admins won't bother to tell you these things because their intent is to close shop and be gone with your money.
As I always say, “What kind of program do you want”? An honest one or a deceptive one?
- In you last interview you mentioned about some goodies? Do you want to reveal it this time?
Not yet...it’s too overwhelming [laughing].
- In you last interview you promised to add some e-books for the members benefits, are those plans still in the pipeline?
Yes. The e-books will be available in the member area sometime around the end of October or the beginning of November.
- Would you want to add any thing else?
Joshi, thank you for your time to interview me. I just want to say to everyone out there, you should absolutely consider investing in HYL. Look at all of these other programs. One of the first things they have when they launch of their program is a high max deposit. Some are $10,000, some are $15,000 and some are more. Do you know why they do this? Because most of them are only going to do a few rounds of payouts and run off with the rest of the money. My max deposit is $500. Do I have to say anymore? Do the math and you decide.
HYL is here to stay.
Recent Update from Kallen
"Hi members,
Due to the inconsistent flow of deposits, I find it safer to kick the program into the final phase this week. I would love to keep the plans the way they are but it will endanger the program's life. I have did my best to promote the program at its best. But again, its a 50/50 effort. While some members are working hard to do their part, others are just not working hard at all. For the sake of the hard working members, they should not have to suffer.

At some point in the program, all "free" member accounts that have never deposited or has been inactive for 14 days will be deleted and their IP address will be banned from the system. What is the point of being a member if you are not going to invest in the program?
Your honest admin,
Kallen"
I hope that Kallen will be successful in his plans to carry on with this program for a long time, but it certainly depends on the response he gets from the investors. I like when admins are upfront and honest and so my best wishes are with Kallen.
