Hi readers, I hope all of you are enjoying and relaxing on this summer weekend. I just wanted to do something different on here. Today I will bring you an Interview with the admin of Surf Nation, a autosurf program which has been around for couple of weeks and is waiting to get more popular, may be after its first payment cycle. I spoke with the admin and saw his responses to members message on the forums and I found him to be diffrent from the admins I had seen till date. So I decided to bring an interview with the admin, letting him explain his unique site and program to us. Read this interview as you relax this week end and ponder over this site, this could be a program with some new features on it. Lets break the usual routine of reading reviews first and for a change have a look at this interview where the admin explains his program and plans to us.

1. Welcome to OIG. Thank you for allowing us to interview you. Could you introduce yourself and is there any other team member with you on this project?
Thank you for the welcome. My name is Don and I am the admin of surf-nation.com and My partners name is Chad he is the owner of www.passiveinvestmentblog.com (offical blog of Surf-Nation).

2. Do you have any previous experience as investor and as admin of other programs?
I ran an investment site yrs ago but closed it up. I have been investing since 2006. I also have other investments in the background to which I cant disclose.

3. You do mention on your site that the daily rebates are paid from the returns from your investments. What investments are you exactly talking about? Would you want to elaborate on it for our readers?

The money is invested into Forex and other investments I can not mention what other investments I have since I have a behind the scene broker investing the money for me but the money is safe and is getting returns.

4. Most of the autosurf sites / HYIP program claim to have outside investments. How is your site different?

Well, many would say its not but I am active with the site EVERYDAY I keep track of accounts and funds and how much return is received on funds invested. Only way my site is different is I have gone to great lengths to include a member email box and support system all created by myself. I also, every 30 days will audit accounts to be sure everyone has received the correct number of upgrades.


5. Would you be able to provide any proof to the investors of your investments?

I really dont have any proof of where the money is going since that is private actions on my end and I cant disclose who the money is sent to but I just ask for TRUST. As I said before to other people If i feel the site is going to fail i will STOP everything and start refunding before I let the site get too deep. I have been scammed and will not let surf-nation be on of the scam sites.

6. What are the investment plans you offer. How many sites would an investor need to surf to earn daily rebates? Do you plan any change or additions in future?

Our plan is 1% for 1yr(365 days). Members surf 25 sites to earn, 50 sites all together. I am always trying to come up with more features to add.

7. Please tell us about the various payment processors you accept and are the payments automatic or manual ?
Surf Nation takes Alertpay,SolidTrustPay, and strictpay. All payouts are manual to ensure accuracy

8. What are other features available on your site which are unique and the investors can make use of? Tell us more about the shopping mall.

Well Since I got the script I have changed a few things, first I add a member inbox which is like a email system it prevent me from sending email to their email accounts thus adding overload to the server which wont happen but they also would think I am spamming when I’m not. This email system also acts as the support ticket system all in one.

Surf Nation Shopping Mall. Sounds crazy I know, but I came up with it after I was thinking how I could let members enjoy there membership with surf-nation. So I created coupons that members actually buy then they can use them when they are ready according to what they purchase. Right now I have 4 coupons available. I will name one to give you an example. Early Cashout. Members can purchase this for $6 then anytime in the future they can request a cashout BEFORE the cashout dates meaning if cashouts aren't allowed until 1-3 of each month they could request a cashout on the 14th of the month and they would get it.
There are more that has been added. I am currently adding more and working on the shopping mall as we speak. I will provide a update on it when its completed.

9. How and where is your program being promoted? Do you have any new ideas in store for future promotions? Are you satisfied with the kind of response and support from the members?

I currently have 5 monitors for the site which can be found on the MAIN page of the site below the login. As I said earlier in this interview I am always thinking how to make the site better and I welcome any new ideas to add. I haven't talked to alot of members but I welcome them to contact me anytime. I also plan a live chat session where members can come in and talk to me and I will honest and give the best possible answer I can. I will keep you informed of this information.

10. Please share with us some technical information about the site design, script, hosting .What are the measures taken to secure the site?

Well as far as the script and layout I choose the layout for a comfortable feeling and look. For hosting well I have my own server therefore Host my own sites.
As you know with the hackers of today any site can be hacked no matter what they say they have,however the best thing to do to protect the site is to have a backup of the database everyday and copy of site files. 11. Do have plans made to handle a large membership base for the coming days? How do you plan to handle all the issues arising with it like server load, support tickets and payouts?

I have my own server to handle the overload if it should arise. I do hope to see the membership go up alot after payouts start in august. I take one thing at a time. I am human and I do work so I ask members to be patient with me and give me time to answer support tickets and payouts once they start. I ope to train 2 other people on how to do tasks which will release pressure from me but I will not rush anything since that is what causes problems.


12. How long do you think Surf nation can be online and paying?

Long as I have a breath and can keep the site up I will. For the paying part the withdrawal limit is $10 so payouts will be slow which I am sure members understand.

13. Before we conclude with the interview is there anything you want to say to your members?

Well first I want to thank all members who have joined. I do ask that if I contact you in your main email to please reply as I would not do that unless it was important.

Well my impression after reading the interview was quite a mixed one. The admin like all other admins did not want to disclose his so called " investments". We have see that in past too. The admin seems to be hard working and committed, taking on the job as the admin, programming his own site and hosting it too! I was also pretty amazed about the SSL certificate, which is a very good and cant get better in security. SSL certificates are quite rare when in comes to autosurf sites, but it does show that the admin is serious about protecting the investors money. The newsletter today also spoke of the completed shoppiing mall and the chat facility on the site. I look forward to the first payment day, that is on Aug 1st 2009, and wish the admin good luck with all his plans. May be we will have a good surf to see in the near future, hope by faith is rightand well kept this time.... I would look forward to readers comment on the above interview.
